Working principle: The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball, after the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging. Then the whole grinding process end.

Structure: The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The rotation big gearwheel is made by cast hobbling processing and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. Operational principle

The centrifugal force generated by the rotating cylinder makes the ball fall from a certain height, which has a severe impact on the materials and takes effect to rubbing. The materials grinded in the first bin then reach at the second bin through the single-layer plate. This bin is set flat plate with steel balls, which grind the material further. The powder is discharged through the stripper then completes the grinding operation.
Construction features
Ball grinding mill is composed of feed division, discharge division, rotary division, transmission division (reducer, small driving gear, motor, electric control). Hollow shaft uses steel casting, lining can be exchanged, and slewing gear adopts honing casting processing, tube lines with a wear-resistant plate, which has a good resistance to abrasion. Ball Mill

Ball mill is the key equipment for grinding after the crushing process, which is widely used in the

Working principle: This machine is a skeleton pattern ball mill with horizontal cylindrical turning gear, drive by outer
gear and two hoppers. The material goes to the first hopper after the spiraling by the quill shaft
from the feeding equipment. The hopper has ladder sheathing or corrugated sheathing with steel
balls inside, which will fall under the effect of centrifugal force by barrel turning to ram hard and
grind material. After the kibbling in the first hopper, by monolayer partition panel, the material will
enter the second hopper, which has plane scale board with steel ball inside to grind material.
The powder material will be discharged from the grid plate to finish the grinding.
